KivoraFlow Accounting

Turn a physical count into a reviewed decision.

Compare a physical count with the stock record, then review the difference.

For owners and authorised operators who need to compare physical stock with the catalogue record.

Start the count

Create a saved count session for the eligible stock-tracked catalogue items.

Record what is there

Enter physical counts manually or use supported USB HID counting. Keep counted zero distinct from an item not yet counted.

Review before finalising

Check variances and any stale-count warnings, then use authorised finalisation when the evidence is ready.

Draft or review counts do not silently change inventory. Approval uses the stock and accounting controls. This workflow does not promise a separate multi-warehouse inventory model.

How do stocktakes work?

Start a stocktake session, record physical counts manually or with a compatible USB HID barcode scanner, and review differences against recorded stock. Finalisation is controlled and permission-checked. Draft counts do not silently change inventory. Recheck the count and variance before an authorised finalisation.
